A Better Life Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the heart of Jersey City’s famous Journal Square Shopping District on the corners of Bergen and Sip Avenues at the intersection of John F. Kennedy BLVD. Our PT office sits atop the Fifth Floor of the Historic Trust Company Building (now Capital One Bank) where our patients undergo treatment and perform physical therapy exercises overlooking a breath-taking view of the New York Skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

ABLe Physical Therapy is directly across from the Journal Square PATH Station offering easy access via bus or train. We are a 10 minute train ride from Manhattan, Downtown Jersey City and the City of Newark. We are also a 10 minute bus ride from Greenville, the J.C. Heights, West Side Avenue, Union City, North Bergen, West New York, Bayonne and Guttenberg.

By car, our Physical Therapy Center is easily accessible and within 5 to 10 minutes of the New Jersey City University, the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1&9, Route 440, Route 78, Route 7, the George Washington Bridge and the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels.

A Better Life PT is also walking distance from the Jersey City Municipal Court House on Newark Avenue, the Jersey City Social Security Administration Center on JFK, the Jersey City Department of Motor Vehicles on Summit Avenue, Blood Testing Laboratories on Pavonia, St. Peter’s College on Montgomery Street and multiple MRI, CAT scan and X-Ray Centers. We are between the new Bally’s Fitness Center and Hudson County Community College’s exquisite new Culinary Arts School. “Doctor’s row” and “Attorney’s row” are also within walking distance, putting ABLe in the center of hundreds of doctors and lawyers.

Patient safety and convenience is at the center of our philosophy. We believe that your entire experience with us should be therapeutic. Driving and parking should be no different. Therefore, we offer FREE INDOOR VALIDATED PARKING for all of our patients. In addition, ABLe PT is handicap accessible with elevators in our parking lot and the main building. Our facility is also under 24 hour security surveillance and has a dedicated security/door man for your safety.
